Keep an Eye on Your Water Heater

We all do it, we put the unappealing water heater out of site. Usually somewhere in the garage or the shed and we try to forget aout it. Until it causes a big problem, these homeowners were the unfortuante ones to learn the hard way. Their water heater caused some major water damage they didn't notice right away which then turned into mold growth in their garage. The water damage actually infected the inside of the home and the hardwood flooring had to be removed. The before picture shows how we found the water heater and the after picture shows when all the affected material had been removed.
