First Floor Water Damage

This homeowner experienced a water loss that covered the entire first floor of their home because their water heater had been leaking for some time in their garage. This caused a major problem in the finished hardwood floor throughout the entry way and hallway leading into the kitchen. Our technicians had to remove all of the water affected flooring and build a containment to keep the debris and dust from entering the rest of the home. Once we were finished the homeowners were able to pick out new flooring and get their home back to normal and also replace their water heater. They also promised to keep a better eye on it and not just forget it was there and hope for the best, now knowing what damage it can and will cause.
