Large Loss Commercial Fire

Fourteen units in this apartment plaza out in Simi Valley fell victim to a large fire loss. All units had to be packed out and demolition began immediately. Our crews removed all burned and affected material and cut away all burned walls and ceilings. After all the units were cleared of affected materials we began to wipe down everything, soot and smoke damage can be just as harmful as something like mold. The after picture was taken just a week after the incident. Both the HOA and the tenants were expecting a much longer process and were thrilled with the results.
