Hardwood Flooring Water Damage

It was 9pm on a Thursday when we got a frantic call from a boutique owner, crying that her floor was soaking wet and everything in the bottom cubbies were ruined. SERVPRO of Simi Valley dispatched an emergency service crew to help. Thirty minutes later we arrived and found that a bathroom sink pipe was broken, we extracted water and put in three different types of drying equipment. We placed three dehumidifiers, six airmovers, and one air scrubber. We packed out her contents that were affected and sent them to our warehouse to be cleaned. The drying process took four days and she was back in business.
